Multiplication of losses

The lack of a proper display seems to be a minor problem - after all, the goods are on the shelves in the store and will be bought.

Unfortunately, the losses pile up in the short and long term:

  • some Shoppers will not make a purchase, especially those who are rather impulse shoppers.
  • retailers duplicate their purchases based on product rotation, i.e. product resale level -> lower sales = smaller order.
  • lower turnover means greater discounts for the retailer.
  • promotional places - retailers more often and more readily decide to promote goods with a higher level of turnover.
