How to build the image of a liquor store as a target for its category and effectively fight aggressively operating discounters?

Below a photo from a small store in Bytom (about 25m2) and an exhibition of one of the most expensive cognacs in the world, Remy Martin Louis XIII, distributed by CEDC.

12.111 PLN za butelkę koniaku

A special cabinet from the manufacturer, at the best place in the store, worthy of a gilded display, a crystal carafe and cognac with over 100 years old ingredients, and a beautifully exposed price. You can not ignore it and that's how you build the image of the specialized/targeted store. Will this cognac will be sold?. We do not know, but it is certainly the best used surface of 0.5 m2 in this store.
